You have the same setup I do. The router has the IP assigned by @home, probably by DHCP. You choose a different (198.128.1.x) ip address for one of your boxes, and a different one for the other---making sure neither duplicates the IP assigned to the router. The IP addresses of 192.168.1.x were made for private use. Within your home, you can use them without worry with duplicating with some one else. The Linksys is a NAT router. The next item is to choose with ports on your router is open. If do you don't have a webserver or some other server running for public access, then block all ports. You can still get out, no-one can get in. Make sure you use the same DNS addresses provided by @home on each of your internal boxes.
