 I don't think the alias is a problem. It's just that reverse lookup fails. 
Instruct your ISP to add a reverse entry for 65.187.98.9 to its DNS, or do it 
yourself if that is possible (fi I can do DNS updates at the service page of 
my ISP, but not for reverse lookups).
