Hi all,

I've just started an upgrade from Rh7.1 to RH 7.2, and I've been asked to
create a swap *file* because the new 2.4 kernels need more memory.

This has surprised me somewhat as I didn't know that Linux used swap files,
only swap partitions. The reason I'm checking is because it asked me to
select the partition to create the swap file one, and it showed me my three
ext2 partitions. I know I've taken a backup, but I still don't want to lose
anything in the upgrade.

Is this normal, and is it okay?

Any why isn't it happy with the 32M swap partitoin on /dev/hda5 and the 64MB
partition on /dev/hdb5?

BTW, I'm running 128MB RAM.
