Try here..
rsync://carroll.cac.psu.edu/
should see redhat-rawhide, redhat-updates, etc.. maybe using :: at the end
or whatever to see the dir's to use then find your path and you should be
all set.
I use that one for syncing with rawhide once a night via rsync script.
