Hi friends,
Would you please tell me a breif about what sysctl do in linux ? and do we
have the same things in linux.

P.S. sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip-forward=0
1- is it the shell command ?
2- Don't you think that I should use 1 instead of 0 ?
