Hi all, I hope this is the right place to ask this question. Im a long time windows user who took the plunge into linux last week with Redhat 7.1. Everything is working well now, except I don't seem to be able to get KDE to use my true type fonts. I have been through the de-uglification mini-howto and the font howto, set up the fonts.dir, fonts.scale, and font alias file, and the fonts show up in the xwindows font selection utility as well as in netscape and mozilla. They will not show up in any of the KDE applications, however, nor can I use them in title bars and other parts of the interface. I have searched for instructions on this, but can't seem to find anything directly on topic. Does anyone know how to get KDE to recognize and use my true type fonts? I have run out of ideas.
