Specifically, if you're having problems booting into linux now, what you'll
need is a boot disk (assuming you have one) or a rescue floppy of some sort.
Something like Tom's Boot & Root disk would do the job well. Boot off that,
mount and chroot to your "normal" partition and then edit your /etc/lilo.conf
and run /sbin/lilo to write LILO into the MBR
