We had to do AIM at the demand of an important client, and startid with
EB. Good thing because they switched to using YIM and EB made it easy
for us to adapt.
But we eventually gave up and went to the Yahoo client, it was more
stable and had better features (AFAIK, EB is still missing file
transfer). YMMV.
