Hello Redhat community! I am new to this list and hope it's the right
list for the question I have.

I just reinstalled Redhat 7.0 after a system crash and just finished
patching my box. I am now having problems umounting my zip disks.
Every flavor of umount that I use, even -f, gives me a 'busy' error,
even though I know nothing is using it. I had to boot to run-level 1 to
unmount the thing.

Here are my thoughts as to why...guess I'm looking for guidance on how
to fix this little problem. The newest version of mount was not
previously on my box. I also upgraded my kernel during the reinstall to
version 2.2.19-7.0.1. I'm thinking there is a bug in the new version of
mount. However, when I tried to down-grade to a lower version,
I discovered the kernel is dependent on the version I currently have,
2.10r-5.

Do any of you wise Redhat users have any suggestions?? I appreciate any
input!

Thanks,
Erica
