Programming Environment

Hi All,
 
    i would like to know if there is a good programming environment for C,,
like TC++ (Borland Turbo C++ for Windows)
    i tried gIDE but it is not as good as TC++, also Sniff is too much
complicated.
 
    if there is a Visual one like (M$ VC++) it will be even better  :)
