inetd.coinf to xinetd.d

Hi,
I want to configure the swat service in xinetd daemon. I want the following
line which workd with inetd  to convert to xinetd
swat   stream  tcp  nowait.400  root  /usr/local/samba/bin/swat  sw

please help
