I have a lot of problems recently with windoze leading me to reinstall it!!
But some of the same symptoms have occured in LINUX ie. the clock is out. I
have replaced my CMOS battery but the time is different in LINUX to windose
(and wrong). Any ides what is wrong and how to set it right? Incidentailly
at risk of starting a paranoid anti-microsoft rant when I reinstalled
windows it stripped the call to linux.bat out of config.sys file (I boot via
a startup menu via loadlin). Neil
