I beg to differ. I had some RPMs built on a 7.0 system (mutt and courier),
and when I tried to install those on a 7.1 system, they would not install
because they needed some library files under /usr/lib. The files were
of course there, just with different suffixes. So I simply rebuilt the
RPMs on 7.1 and they work fine. I don't know whether this is a bug or
whether I've missed an obvious step somewhere,
