Yesterday afternoon my Linux box with Wolverine installed started to beep
randomly. This is coming from the speaker, not through the sound card.
Nothing was being written to the console and there were no messages in syslog,
but even after rebooting the random beeping continues. This morning it's
happening more often, almost sounding like morse code! Perhaps it's a hardware
error, but I was curious if anyone had any similar experiences? Could this be
a new virus?
