Thank for advice for me and David!
I ask about this controller just because I do not have free time for its adjustment in 
Linux.
( In Windows 98 it works perfectly)
As to money - I have bought this card under the small price.
And as have it, I want it to use.
Growth of productivity it gives, in an antivirus AVP scan rate increases essentially.

Though certainly promised (the game of words) 66 are not reached/achieved (but they do 
not work and in case of integration on the motherboard,
It is an advertising gimmick, known for all.)
But for me it is absolutely not understandable: why from a diskette operating system 
boots, and from the hard disk is not present. In what a difference?
