lilo.con vga question

Ok, so I've upgraded to 2.4.0.  Now I work out of X most of
the time, but I also sometimes would like to logout of X and
just work from the comman line.

When I'm in the terminal mode, my font really is awful.  I'd
like to sharpen it up a bit.

Is this done in lilo.conf with the VGA setting?   What
should I be playing around with.
