You should be able to use the rtl8139.o driver that is part of the
kernel RPM. As root, try doing "modprobe rtl8139" on the machine with
the Realtek RTL8139 NIC installed in it.
If it does not work, then the best way to install it is to download the
kernel source RPM, and replace drivers/net/rtl8139.c with the one from
the floppy, and compile the kernel. Compiling a new kernel is covered
by the HOWTO's so I will not try and explaine how to do it here.
Just to make sure things are clear, you only need the driver on the
machine(s) that have that NIC installed. The rtl8139.c driver only
works with Linux, and the one on the floppy probably only works with the
2.2.x kernels. Other OSs take a different format driver - you will
probably find pre-compiled drivers for the other most of the other OSs.
