Ethernet card problem.

Well I've been using Linux for about a year and a half now without too many
problems, but  now I'm getting frustrated and ready to give up.

If anyone knows any resource(s) I could look into to help determine WHY my
RH7 system crashes with LAN usage, and my RH6 system did not, I would
appreciate your help.
