I checked the DNS to see if there is a problem:

[agreene@cp5340 agreene]$ host -t mx opentechindia.com
opentechindia.com mail is handled (pri=20) by 63.109.242.122

I did the same thing from a host at another ISP, with the same (successful)
results. Then I sent a message from home and it has not bounced. Then I sent
a message from usa.net and it bounced. Then I sent a message from Yahoo, and
it has not bounced.

There is a problem with usa.net finding the MX record for opentechindia.com.
