Chad,

Cyrus wins hands down, IMHO.

PAM support (I think the other one has this too!) so you can do stuff
like SQL authentication, ACL Support (so you can have shared mailboxes),
Secure IMAP/POP Support (via SASL, although I've not got this working
yet..), Maildir format mailboxes, which are nicer, and more
resource-efficient, and you can even add web-based addition of mailboxes
using its 'cyradm' admin package.

I was wondering what others recommend for IMAP/POP servers on redhat
systems. I know redhat ships with UW-IMAP, but they also include CYRUS.
Does
anyone know which is generally easier to maintain and configure? or is
there
a better option than these?

Thanks,
Chad
