*shrug* Creates more questions than it answers, for me at least. Are
you tring to restart Apache, or just rebooting when this happens?
The latter looks to be the case, but the former would be much more
informative. Try that and then tail error.log, see what it thinks the
problem is. (This is usually done with 'apachectl restart', but an
RPM install will probably want '/etc/init.d/httpd restart', I think.)
If Apache comes up fine when you tell it to, but doesn't restart after
logrotate is done, that would be interesting.
