Is there something special compiled into the RPM that can NOT be
added to an apache source tree to get the same functionality? I
prefer rolling my own, but I would like to have a more secure server,
and I am wondering if I can get the same thing with-OUT an rpm. If
so, what do I need to add to my source? Or is this just simply a
configuration issue?

Thanks...
