i have a redhat6.1 box running qmail+vpopmail,it is very quick to send a small
mail without attatchment on windows clients using Outlook Express,but if i send a mail
with a little big attatchment,it will takes a long time,sometime failed. some other
technicians told me it is because of smtp protocol restricting requirment and modify
some key value of registration table of windows98 or windows2000,it will sovle this
problem,but i don't know which key value,please help me
