I'm with Mike on that, but since I've been running the product for more
than a few years, I'll chime in.  Your install was not properly completed.
You're missing the private key that's used as part of the DH key negotiation
process that's part of logging in with the management gui.

Backup any configuration you want to keep (objects.C && friends), remove
your installation and reinstall.  Make sure you've got your license strings
handy, you'll need em.
