FTP Accounts

        I am a bit lost. I am trying to create a simple ftp account to one
directory, I am using Red Hat Linux 5.2 I can't find out where to start. I
tried linuxconf but it doesn't have any options for FTP. I searched
redhat.org and couldn't find anything to help me do this. Any help pointing
me in the right direction would be appreciated.
