The last 6.2 -> 7.0 upgrade I did, many services are started by default
that I had turned off. I think if a package is upgraded, it turns on that
service by default. e.g. if you have apache installed but not running, an
upgrade will have it turned on. It's a good idea to check what's running
after upgrading, either a single rpm or a system upgrade.
