how to tar a filelist ?

hi, I have a file containing file specs like in


/usr/src/linux/arch/alpha/boot/*.c
/usr/src/linux/arch/alpha/boot/tools/*.c

I would like to tar those files with fullpaths (even if there's no file in
some dir
)

how can I accomplish that ?
