You do not know for sure, but chances are it was not.  With any of the
Spam filters, there is a risk of blocking legitimate mail.  That is one
reasion the filters are devided into different catagories.  You can
select the types of sites to filter.  The filter in the message above it
sites with a history of relaying Spam.
