Hi All.
This is my first post... I think.
I am having some problems with my Redhat 6.2 system. It's an AMD
333, The kernel is 2.4.1, custom compiled for the AMD K6-2 Processor.
I am having a problem with downloading from Linuxbox [the computer].
I have a webserver set up on it, as a LAN website. I need to
download a 2 meg file off of it. I start the download, and it starts
at about 7K, and then goes up to 10K... Then it drops to 189 BYTES
per second...
I kept the origional Kernel [2.2.14-5], and when I boot under it, now
I get the same results. I am using the version of Apache that ships
with Redhat 6.2. I get the same results from any of the 8 comptuers
on my LAN [OS Systems vary from Linux, Windows 2000 down to Win ME,
and Mac OS 8.5.
Can someone help me??
