It's a kernel bug. I remember reading about this in Kernel Traffic. Try
searching February's archives. I think the only solution was to rebuild the
filing system completely (i.e. copy everything to another fs, reformat the
first one, then copy it all back). Or, you could wait for the next kernel
release & try that.
