Yes.  Use the RSH command on the NT box to execute the script in a remote
shell on the linux box.

i have a ups connected on a nt & linux box.

the serial cable of the ups is on the nt box.
so i want whenever i have a power failure both of them to shut down.

is there a way to execute "poweroff" from an nt script on the linux box?
