When they set up the box the first time, they put a utility that you can
access by hitting F10 when the little block cursor goes to the right side of
the screen at bootup. *IF* that doesn't work, then the original hard drive
has been either replaced, or the first partition with the utility has been
removed. You'll have to download it from the Compaq site.
