Hello David.
I used rpmfind and download the following:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  root  9985 Feb 25 20:17 netdate-1.16-6.i386.rpm

This allows me to run a 'cron' event that sets the time and date of my
system every 4 hrs. It outputs this data to a message which is sent to me
but as you know the message could be sent to anyone. So, the date/time
info can be sent out to another device it just depends on what you are
trying to do??
