For whatever reason, Xwindows is refusing to start. You need to boot the machine
in runlevel 3 and figure out why. So, when you reboot the machine, at the
lilo prompt, type the name of the lilo image you want to boot, and then put a
space and the number 3 after it, followed by a carriage return.
Once the machine comes up in non-graphical mode, try reconfiguring X windows
by running X configurator.
