RH6.2: removing sawmill, installing sawfish

Can some kind soul give me guidance on deleting sawmill from my laptop and
then installing sawfish?

I expect I'd like to know 

a) how to upgrade to the latest version of Gnome
b) how to delete enlightenment as well!
