Put the stuff to go on your CD in a directory called /root/stuff; also copy
the boot floppy image to the directory and call said image, "boot.img".

Then
# cd /root/stuff
and type
# mkisofs -b boot.img -c boot.cat -o /tmp/output.iso \
# -J -r -p Groovy_Label -P www.groovywebsite.com \
# -A Groovy_Label_GPL_Version -V "1.0a" .

That should do the trick.
