Named is trying to talk to the name servers at 198.41.0.4 and
208.206.240.5, and what ever command it is trying to send is not being
accepter on the other end.
What does your /etc/named.conf look like? Off hand, I would say you
have a local zone you are trying to update to pas updates for, or you
are trying to do a zone transfere from a couple of name servers that
will not let you do it.
