I don't care WHAT some court in Georgia thinks. Portscanning is the same
as walking down the street, rattling doorknobs and pushing on windows
to see what's locked. There's no legitimate reason anyone should be
diddling on my box like that. The ONLY thing I can expect from such behavior
is that if they found a hole, it would be used.

Panic? No, I don't panic. My firewall rules are good, and I'm on the box
often. Report them? Get their accounts terminated? You betcha.
