Edit /etc/crontab file.  The fix described is:

0 * * * 0-6 root /usr/lib/sa/sa1 600 6 &

instead of the default of:

0 * * * 0,6 root /usr/lib/sa/sa1 600 6 &

Note the hyphen instead of the comma.
