Teles ISDN pcmcia

I have a laptop with Linux. I also have a Teles pcmcia ISDN card. During
boot the card is reconized by the system. It wants to load the kernel
teles_cs module.
I do not have it. Does anyone uses this card also with Linux? How did you
install it?
