No, man... you've got all the tools you need right there on your system if you
have a standard "dotted-quad" IP address. ;-) You just have to know where to go
to find out what that IP address translates to.... and for north-american IPs,
you go to whois.arin.net. If you get something OTHER than a domain name, it
should tell you which regional registrar to query. :-)
