Remove any reference to the partation in /etc/fstab.
Run fdisk or cfdisk and change the partation type to what you plan to
use in Windows, or delete the partition. If you delete the partition,
and it is not a primary partition, or the last logical partition, you
may run into problems boot Linux before you install W2K. If you are
using partition numbers in /etc/fstab, some of the partition numbers may
change. If you are using partition lables, this is not a problem...
