named error

I get the following error from named:

        Feb 8 17:02:14 cyrix named[849]: bad referral \
        (orbs.org !< relays.ORBS.org) from [152.163.232.2].53

and am unsure why. This IP address resolves to dns-orbs.proxy.aol.com.
What does the rest of the line mean?
