Do not re-invent the wheel.
Do not ask for help untill you have a start on the project that you can
show other people, so they will know where you are going, and if they
are interested in the project.
You should read on how Linux got started. Also go the the fetchmail
site and read more about how one open source project is being run.
So far, you have not demenstrated that you have any idea on how to write
an OS, or how to manage an open source project. If you want help, you
have to demenstrate that you can handle the project.
