The message means pretty much what it says 'this filesystem has been mounted
n times without a check - i'm going to check it now, just to beon the safe
side'.  The same thing happens if you mount a filesystem that has gone n
days without a check.  If you're rebooting alot you can change the value or
disable it all together with tune2fs. Read about the '-c' option on the
tune2fs man page.
