I ran into this once a while back, and remain a bit curious. Although I
didn't bother with the effort required, shouldn't it be possible to alter
sendmails rules to allow for caps? I had thought it would just be an option
to insist on lower case user names...? If no one knows, I'll just have to
get around to trying it a few times just to see...
