It usualy means initd is trying to run program "x", but the program is
exiting as soon as it starts.  This could be because the program has a
bad configuration file, so it is erroring out.  It could also be because
some library the program needs is missing.

Without knowing the program that initd is complaining about, it is hard
to complaining about, it is hard to give a more definite answer.
