It seems to me that some of the network daemons are freezing because they
cannot find the domian "oussama". You should change it back to what it was
before. If you lost track of the files, perhaps my own configuration can
help somehow:
$ more /etc/HOSTNAME
brussels
$ more /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost brussels
more /etc/sysconfig/network
NETWORKING=yes
# FORWARD_IPV4 removed; see /etc/sysctl.conf
HOSTNAME=brussels
GATEWAY=10.0.0.1
