Are you trying to build the packages or like.. get the code, edit, then
compile, etc? If you're getting the source RPMs just to build locally,
then you should be doing "rpm --rebuild package.rpm" and then going to
/usr/src/redhat/RPMS but in the other case.. just note that the RPM
doesn't actually get installed or anything.. the stuff just goes to
/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES:)

etc etc...
