hi all,
I have written a script that checks the CPU temperature and if it gets too
high, the system should power down.
The problem is that I don't know how to shut down the system by software.
The motherboard (Soyo SY-K7VTA-B) is able to perform software shutdown but I
do not know how to do it in Linux (RH 7.0)
/sbin/poweroff or /sbin/halt -p would eventually prompt for power down
any ideas ?
